There are thousands of documented cases of people who have stopped smoking, loss weight, reduced stress and made other more dramatic changes int their live with hypnosis.

Pocket Hypnosis uses self-hypnosis to create changes by sending suggestions to your subconscious.
5. Does Self-Hypnosis work for everyone?
Self-hypnosis works for the vast majority of the people who are sincere in wanting change. It is a TOOL to make change, it is not instant change. If you are skeptical or disbelieving, you are literally self-hypnotizing yourself to NOT accept the suggestions.
6. How often should I listen to the full induction/weekly reinforcement?
The full induction is one of the most critical parts of the program. You should listen to it as often as time permits, especially in the beginning. It uses post-hypnotic suggestions to allow you to accept the hypnotic zingers later, when you listen to them.
7. Can I listen to the zingers or the full induction/weekly reinforcement too much?
No, reinforcement will only better allow your subconscious mind to accept the suggestions.
8. Is it dangerous?
Used properly, it is NOT dangerous. Never listen to the full induction/weekly reinforcement when driving, operating machinery or doing any activity that requires concentration. Never listen to the zingers when you need to have your eyes open or need your full attention elsewhere.
9. What is the Law of Attraction?
The law attraction states that what you concentrate on comes to you. If you concentrate on the positive things you wish to attract into your life, you will attract them. If you concentrate on the negative or things you DON'T want, you'll attract them. 10. How do I use the Vision Board?
You can use the vision board to import pictures of the things you wish to manifest, along with an affirmation or other text, such as "I am so happy and grateful now that I have the house of my dreams. This or something better."

You can use the gratitude board to import pictures of the things you are grateful for. It can be anything that you need reminders to feel grateful for.

You can load photos onto your iPod Touch using iTunes or certain third party utilities.
